Chris is AWESOME! I appreciate how he always checks in and asks me if I have any concerns vs just treating and not checking about possible issues. The Noble Way pest team and Chris have all been great with communication (this was a downside to last company I used). I need good communication so I am pleased and happy with them staying on top of it now that I no longer a new customer. He has been great. I’m so happy I made the switch to this company a few months ago. Ever since I changed to start using Noble Way and having Chris complete my pest service, we have not had issues. Spring is starting and in our area we cannot control all the outdoor bugs that come from the park and field behind us but Chris definitely takes all necessary and then some on preventative measures of treatment. I’m scared of bugs so I am so happy for Chris and Noble Pest. Thank you.

Tyler came to check the mouse traps in our attic. After doing that, I asked him if he could identify two different insects I had captured recently, one in the house and one in the garage. He quickly identified them and then said he would spray around the outside of the house and garage. I really appreciated his knowledge and willingness to do more than planned for his visit. It put my mind at ease knowing that he took care of any potential problem.

Experience was very positive all around. People I talked to on the phone were clear and fair with their options available and what's best for me. They handled one time service well and allowed service on my multi unit building. Kyle the technician was very informative and friendly with his service. Great experience.
